About the company
Norleaf is a new Canadian business in a new Canadian industry: Cannabis edibles. The company is developing a full line of natural and organic cannabis-infused baked goods for consumer and white-label markets to be launched once edible sales become legal. Branded by Norleaf as “cannabis functional foods”, each product will contain precisely calibrated blends of cannabis, CBD and other cannabinoids targeting needs in the health & wellness, medical, sports and recreational sectors.
The company needed a new website to profile its products, mission, founders, manufacturing expertise and scalability for prospective customers, investors and suppliers. It also required a fresh name, web content and brand values reflecting its Canadian origins and product quality – all within a clean, quasi-pharmaceutical tonality.
The headline had to encompass the event, the cause and the high festivity of The Autists bash. Indeed, the layout developed by Laura called for something succinct, subtle and upbeat. Body copy had to be short, descriptive and mighty persuasive, teasing readers into wanting to attend. In any event, the party was packed, everyone had a blast and we exceeded our fundraising goal. We’ll call it a win.
